We seek to practice loving kindness meditation (LKM) and to share its benefits of peace and communion. We welcome anyone who desires to experience transpersonal oneness. Our meetings usually begin with several minutes of a seated yogic breathing exercise, followed by a verbal introduction to LKM. There will follow approximately 15 minutes of verbally guided meditation. In conclusion, group members may share their experiences/ feelings. A group facilitator, typically John Billings, will be on hand to answer questions.
