What we're about
This group is dedicated to those in Brooklyn that have either started something or are planning to start something in the food world. It can be a food product, a service or even a venue. I'm a hospitality professor that teaches at four local universities where I teach classes in marketing, technology, tourism, and research. I bring to the table my background as a brand ambassador for Evian water and experience opening up restaurants. On the side I'm a partner in an extra virgin olive oil company. My goal is for this group to be a sounding board and support system. Let's ride!
