Pre-season is the perfect match up of explosive drills and strength training. Each class is expertly designed to healthily push you beyond your mental and physical limits in a fun atmosphere. Every pre-season workout will incorporate a full body workout that is unique and has emphasis on particular body parts. By the end of the week, we will have challenged you from head to toe!
Please bring your own mats and water to stay hydrated! The location is TBD, we are leaning towards either Cadman Plaza Park or Prospect Park. Your feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
We are launching with a special promotion of unlimited classes for two weeks for $25!!! Or you can choose to use your first class pass promotion of only $8.
