Details

Join Ride Leader, Peter Tull on a scenic short ride (35 miles) around some North Bucks villages. This ride may be short and is NOT about speed but will aim to deliver a smooth even pace and effort both up hill and down dale for the duration! The ride "A bit of a Push", as its name implies will offer a challenge in terms of undulations but should be well within the capability of all confident C+ riders looking to move up to Cat B as well as Cat B riders looking for a shorter morning ride.

We will venture out from Broughton via Cranfield, Chicheley, Newport Pagnel Stoke Goldington, Ravenstone, Weston Underwood, Tryingham Filgrave and Sherrington where we stop for a short break at Alban Hill nursery. The return route will be via familiar roads via Chicheley Hill, North Crawley, Cranfield and back to Broughton.

This is a Low end "Cat B" group ride 14-15 mph and WILL be tailored to the needs and comfort of ALL the riders. Confident C+ riders wishing to try a slightly faster pace are most welcome. Remember, NOBODY will be left behind! As always, the key objective is to enjoy a safe, swift group cycling experience for ALL riders with some fun thrown in!
