This group is ideal for all levels, beginners to advanced students, who are interested in learning Bruce Lee's fighting methods, from modified Wing Chun to Jun Fan Kickboxing.
This is not a MMA class... if you're looking for that, you might want to look elsewhere.
The focus of this class is on the technical and philosophical study of martial arts as taught by Bruce Lee. We follow his evolution and process of self-discovery through martial art as taught to us by his original students, and also supported by Bruce Lee's personal notes.
It is a research based approach to martial arts and combative movement training using the applied principles of Bruce Lee's art of Jun Fan Martial Arts (Modified Wing Chun / Jun Fan Gung Fu) and Jeet Kune Do / Jun Fan Kickboxing.
I welcome anyone to come try out the class. Even if you know nothing about martial arts or just want to learn some basic self protection skills.
This class offers a fun active workout, and our class is built off the framework of performance and positive psychology. This means you can train in a healthy and safe environment.
While we work hard to learn the techniques and principles, it is equally important to be able to take the lessons learned into life so you can perform at your best in life and career.
