Have you recently given birth? Are you struggling adjusting to life as a new parent?
This support group will help you better understand and make sense of the emotional changes and challenges of adapting to parenthood. In these groups you will learn about postpartum mood changes, examine identity shifts, explore changes in marital/partner relationships, develop self-care tools, cultivate healthy realistic expectations for yourself aswell as explore childcare/return to work concerns. A safe and supportive space in which you can connect, share and learn coping strategies for enhancing your sense of well-being and problem-solving abilities in a therapeutic setting. So come join us to talk, laugh, support and heal.
