Wake up the imagination... yoga and creative mindful workshops which aim to bridge the rift between ourselves and our imagination. Relaxing us into exploring our creative mind and...coax it back from where it may have been stranded, forgotten or lost. Essentially yoga, meditation and mindfulness play a major role in helping us to observe how our mind and body flourishes when we're relaxed. Approaching everything with a beginner's mind enables us to create freely, have fun and roll with whatever happens, which can lead to...well you just never know, the mind has a tendency to surprise.
Come along and see if you like Vinyasa Yin Yoga (a slow and active flow). We'll even do a bit of creative meditation to boost our imagination into the weekend. First class is free and 10 euros thereafter (if you like the style of course!).
