This group is for anyone who would like to have a kinder, more caring relationship with themselves.
If you struggle with self-judgement, are hard on yourself becasue you are less than perfect, or believe that you are not enough ..... AND if you want to give yourself a break and become kinder and more caring to yourself then this is the Meetup for you!
In this monthly meetup, you will meet like-minded people, who are on a similar journey. In the safety of this space we will share experiences, learn new methods and practices to support us, and find new ways to be kind to ourselves. By participating in this meetup you will: - develop more inner acceptance of ourselves, and our life situation
- bring more compassion into your everyday life
- become curious and more aware of your inner life

During the meetup we will learn grounding exercises to bring us more present into our bodies, we will check in and share our intentions and needs. We will explore different tools and experiment with approaches to finding more kindness, care and compassion for ourselves and others. This may involve some meditation, writing or drawing exercises, talking with a partner, sharing in a group, for example.
My intention for the evening is that it will be light, and full of kindness for ourselves and each other.
This group will repeat monthly, (more or less) and each evening is complete in itself.
