Mindfulness and Recovery

and all are welcome to join Dr. Ali for a day-long retreat at the University of La Verne on September 28

Weekly “Saturday Mindfulness and Recovery” is designed specifically for people in a recovery program. We will join together to learn how mindfulness can be a powerful tool in the recovery journey. We will learn tools to bring calm, ease well-being into our lives while cultivating positive emotions (loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity/serenity). Classes are donation based and open to individuals already in recovery. No experience with mindfulness is necessary.
