We are a group that studies and teaches Buddhism. You can learn Buddhism from the basics up. Our group classes are free of charge. You may attended as often as you like.

At our meetings, you will learn about the wonderful teachings taught by Sakyamuni (Prince Gautama India 2600 years ago) that have the power to change ones life.

An example of topics that we discuss are: 4 Noble Truths, Worldly Passions (Desire, Anger, Envy), the Dark Mind, Absolute Happiness, the 8 Sufferings, Happiness and Compassion, Gratitude, the Purpose of Life, and more...

Commonly asked questions

Q. Do I need to be Buddhist to join the meetings?

A. No, you do not. People from every religious or non-religious background are welcome.

Q. Do I need to have previous knowledge of Buddhism to join?

A. No. We will introduce you gradually, step by step, to the teachings.

Q. What is the purpose of your meetings?

A. To share the teachings of Buddhism is the only reason these meetings are held. There are no obligations or commitments.

Q. What can I hope to gain from attending meetings?

A. You will learn about the Buddhist teachings first and foremost. Twenty-six hundred years ago Sakyamuni Buddha taught Buddhism to lead people to true and lasting happiness.

Q. Is there a charge for these meetings?

A. No. The group meetings are free of charge, unless stated in the event notice otherwise.
