Join the Buddhist Fellowship Meetup and witness the benefits of the Dharma practice in your daily life – be it in studies, at work or when dealing with relationships!

Our group caters to university students and working adults. Let's come together for Meditation, Dharma talks, Yoga, Vegetarian events, or Buddhist discussions and of course, spiritual fellowship.

With a humble size of 2 - 20 members each week, conversations are more interactive, encouraging deeper reflections, and understanding about ourselves and others.

Let's discuss topics like: coping with stress and anxiety, meditation, cultivating wisdom, Buddhism, and many more.

Forge Insights with Meditative Moments

... a purified mind = a peaceful heart so meditation is an integral part of the Buddhist practice to liberate oneself from conditioned stress.

To complement Dharma sharings and to develop insights on those teachings, we often do meditation moments together.


Since each time we give, we become richer (with wholesome qualities)... volunteering is one of the many ways to apply the teachings in real life.

The Buddha often emphasized the importance of cultivating generosity to allow for a peaceful mind.

Occasionally, we go for volunteering sessions together as a group.

1st Annual Veg Picnic Potluck in the Park

Aberdeen Park

Just in time to enjoy hot weather with a picnic potluck at Aberdeen Park. Along with good food and great company, there is a mini outdoor basketball court, a grassy field for frisbee, a pond with bridge-crossing enabled, and a playground. Feel free to rsvp. and bring many friends or many family members. Please bring a vegetarian dish for 6+ servings with a small paper listing all ingredients. Please also bring your own plates, cups, and utensils so that we can reduce waste. In case of rain, please bring an umbrella and in case of good weather, please bring hats. Since there is a dedicated off-leash zone, this is a dog-friendly event.
