It is our outlook that largely determines our experience of life. To increase our happiness, it is very useful develop a positive outlook. By doing this we create meaning, joy and inner freedom in our life and relationships. Meditation gives us practical and powerful tools to achieve this.
This day course retreat will introduce meditations to relax and let go of bad mental habits and negativity. And in their place we will learn how to cultivate more positive views. By practicing these meditations we create space in our minds and allow a fresh outlook on life to arise.
No previous experience is needed and everyone is welcome.
