World peace begins by creating our own inner peace. If everyone had a peaceful mind, we would live in a peaceful world. We can start the process by training our own mind to be peaceful.
At this event, you will hear practical and effective advice to solve problems at home and at work, based on cultivating good habits of mind.
This event includes a guided meditation, short teaching, and beautiful prayers. These classes focus on solutions to problems in daily life, including genuine optimism and increased happiness.
Everybody is welcome – non-Buddhist or Buddhist, those with meditation experience and those with none at all. No-booking is required for these “drop-in” classes.
