The organizer of this group Jessica is a Senior Engineering Manager at Apple and worked in hi-tech industry for 20 years. Jessica has been doing meditation for 4 years, and currently under the direct guidance of two world renowned meditation masters from the world's largest Buddhist Institute Larung Gar (in Tibet) Khenpo Tsultrim Lodro and Khenpo Sodargye, who visited US and gave talks at Stanford, UC Berkeley, Harvard, Yale, Columbia and Google etc in the last 2-3 years.
Khenpo Tsultrim Lodro is a venerable contemporary Nyingma teacher of Tibetan Buddhism based at Larung Gar, where he serves as a standing Vice Principal. He visits yearly with our group and maintains a year round connection with us for which we are deeply grateful.
We offer weekly sessions, guided meditations, workshops, 5 week programs, 1 year programs. And even 9 year online programs taught by the two Khenpos. Jessica is volunteering to lead and facilitate these programs.
