This is for all skill levels. This is a non-contact sport but does contain a bit of running. Here is a link to the rules:
To put it simply, its football ball with a Frisbee, but you don't tag people out. As soon as someone catches it, they stop and throw it forward to their team. It turns over to the other team, if no one catches it, if it's intercepted, or if it's blocked.
Depending on the amount of people we will proportionally increase/decrease the size of the field to ensure that we not exhausted after each goal or that its not too easy to make one.
Make sure to bring:
- A dark shirt and a light shirt, so we can distinguish between teams.
- Tennis shoes
- Water/Choice of refreshment
We'll have this going every week and try kick ball another day of the week. We'll switch it up between Front Park and Delaware Park from week to week. It's a lot of fun. Looking forward to seeing a lot of new people. No cleats or anything like that. This is not competitive.
