I'm a software developer working at home and internationally, including for the United Nations. My principle development tool is FileMaker Pro. I'm adapting an application I have already built to manage all aspects of criminal case registration and resolution. This application is used by all stations in the Seychelles police force as the only software tool they use to solve cases. But I'm convinced a good part of its feature set would be just as useful for charities and NGOs working to support victims of crime or discrimination. This might be refugees, voluntary and involuntary migrants and victims of physical, sexual and emotional violence and other crimes. I've got the development covered - but I need people to help me determine what features would make such a tool invaluable. Any advice would be hugely appreciated and I'm open to pro bono advice or reciprocal work. Many thanks.
