The arduous process towards feeling better can be physically, emotionally, and financially exhaustive journey when you are unable to identify the root cause of why your body appears to be turning against you. Although medication is sometimes necessary, it is not the primary fix. This group works towards a common goal in becoming healthier, while providing support to each other by offering guest speakers such as practitioners to suggest healthier alternatives, nutritional cooking events, low impact and cardio exercise outings.
