Bay Area Women's Self Defense

Welcome to Women's Self Defense for Beginners! We are a regular weekly, ongoing course that meets every Wednesday evening at 6 pm. The mission of the course is to teach and train you in Self-Preservation and Street Survival, specifically for Women. We're referring to your ability to defend and protect yourself against real-life attackers and dangerous people you might encounter around you.
