Start your week off right and join us every Monday for free group runs, form work & more. We are a beginner friendly group but we also stride to challenge our regular more experienced runners.
6:30 - Workout of the day
We will meet at the doors at 6:30. If you haven't been to one of our clinics before then please show up a few minutes early to sign a waiver. We try to leave the store at 6:35 sharp to start our run.
Runs will often be posted the day of, or the day before the run. We will do a variety of workouts. A few common workouts are: Medium paced distance runs, interval workouts and hill repeats.
Runs are open to all from debutantes to seasoned runners. We run at a variety of paces and distances, based upon the runners who show up that night. We have 2 run leaders out to help with the varying paces/distances of the runners who show up, we will always have one person at the front and another at the back.
7:30-7:40 - Core Strength!
Haven't had enough? Stay after the run and join our run leaders for body weight strength exercises. There will be planks, people will grunt and we will all leave smiling.
