What we're about
This is a group for anyone interested in living more mindfully, more simply, and more spiritually. Everyone is welcome. We meet on the first and third Tuesday evenings of each month, at Wellington Square United Church, near downtown Burlington. We will discuss topics related to mindfulness and spiritual growth. We will practice some meditation at each meeting and refer to some basic Buddhist teachings that support mindfulness practice. Useful books, stories, music, poetry, and mindfulness exercises will be incorporated into the discussion. Great for people who need some helpful tools for dealing with stress and anxiety, and want to develop a more peaceful mind.
