Come and learn the ancient art of happiness through Buddhist meditation. By learning to focus the mind and stop distractions we can create a powerful experience of inner peace and relaxation that easily overcomes stress, anxiety, and other negative states of mind. Each class teaches meditation technique with breathing meditation, as well as different meditations based on Buddhism to help cultivate positive states of mind. It is suitable for both beginners and those with experience and is open to everyone Buddhist and non-Buddhist. The class is drop in, no need to sign up in advance. The cost is $10, $5 for students, seniors and unemployed.
