This group is for people who would like to keep learning about a variety of ways to maintain good health and wellness. We'll explore nutrition, alternative medicine, exercise, meditation, alternative therapies, and other wellness topics together. Gatherings may include activities outdoors such as hiking, walks, and biking. We'll also meet up for socials to eat at various places in the city. Some gatherings will involve listening to a guest speaker. The group will evolve naturally according to the interests and chemistry of the group. We look forward to getting to know you as we add positive contributions to each others lives. The group will likely meet Tues or Thurs evenings once a month, however, if there is a lot of interest, this can expand to another day of the week depending on interest and peoples' schedules.
