Are we ready to write our life story, or stories? Perhaps we have already begun to write our life story, but once again, the annoying “writer’s block” has returned to haunt us. My twice a month 2 hour 'Relaxing into Memoir Writers Group' meetings may well provide a perfect opportunity for each of us to get our story onto paper! To assist the writing process, at each meeting, we will take short breaks to unkink ourselves, to move about a little. We will be guided through some gentle flowing, stretching and breathing 'hatha yoga' exercises. Each meeting we will be introduced to a different writing and relaxing techniques.I am sure that, right from the first gathering, you will find this method helps us to relax and thereby retrieve vital memories. Surely, this, along with the fun of sharing and caring, our unique life stories will flow onto the page!
