If you have been considering running but are not sure how to start, or if you have been a runner some time in your past and would love to get back at it -- this group is for you!! We will be starting off slow and easy. We can accommodate all levels, there will be ppl who are just doing fast walking, some will be running from the start, and some that are coming back to this after years of inactivity. I will provide a workout each week that can be customized for your ability, fitness, and goals. We will most often be in the Burnaby Heights area but will frequently make field trips to other fun places to run. We will be on a mix of easy, flat trails, road, and track. This is a no-one-gets-left-behind group. There will be different paces and speeds but we will all finish together and wrap up with coffee/tea.
