New Moms Workout
Please bring a water bottle and arrive in comfortable workout clothes and shoes. This will be a low intensity, comfortable introduction to our program, so you may also bring your baby and small children! We'll have papers and crayons to color in the adjacent room for tots. The hour will entail stretching, a thorough warm-up, a walk-through of our strength-building circuit (all abilities welcome), and a cool-down with a fitness and nutrition Q&A! A reservation is required!

What we're about

Calling all new moms in Burnsville! Did you know that not all exercise is created equal after the baby? Childbirth is beautiful, and us women are capable of doing incredible things. That's why we want you to feel beautiful, strong, whole, and capable after the baby is born. In our New Moms workout, we'll focus on stability and on building and restoring a strong core, glutes, and legs. Our exercise program is meant to be RESTORATIVE, SAFE, EMPOWERING, AND FUN. This meet-up will last one hour! You also have the option to bring your baby, as we'll all sit/stand in a circle. There will be no loud dropping of weights or thumping music for this hour!
