Calling all new moms in Burnsville! Did you know that not all exercise is created equal after the baby? Childbirth is beautiful, and us women are capable of doing incredible things. That's why we want you to feel beautiful, strong, whole, and capable after the baby is born. In our New Moms workout, we'll focus on stability and on building and restoring a strong core, glutes, and legs. Our exercise program is meant to be RESTORATIVE, SAFE, EMPOWERING, AND FUN. This meet-up will last one hour! You also have the option to bring your baby, as we'll all sit/stand in a circle. There will be no loud dropping of weights or thumping music for this hour!
