There are two kinds of Agile! One sees developers ploughing through backlogs and delivering mediocre products that delight no-one; the other sees real passion generated in the experience of creating winning outcomes for all involved.
What explains this disparity? Could it be that the way that Agile is explained and introduced affects the way it is experienced, by teams and customers alike? And how does this extend to bigger contexts such as business agility?
Join our virtual meet-up session where Mike Burrows will share an outcome-oriented lens on business agility to critically examine our practices and an opportunity to engage in dialogue with each other.
