We spend time in facilitated introductions and have a short presentation. This month, we are honored to have one of our own loyal members speak about conversations to build success and relationships. Here are some highlights of her impressive background:
Ana Maria Irueste-Montes, PhD, PCC, BCC, is an ICF credentialed and Professional Certified Coach and a licensed psychologist. In partnership with her clients, she helps set the stage for transformation and lasting change.
Dr. Irueste-Montes helps business owners by aligning their values to their everyday practices, by focusing on their strengths, building mindfulness practices, and by focusing on their wellbeing and that of their organizations.
As an adjunct teaching staff for the College of Executive Coaching, she provides training and coaching to professionals who want to expand into the coaching field. She previously served as adjunct staff for the Getty Museum Leadership Program and for the Center for Creative Leadership, named the best leadership-training program by Business Week magazine. She has also served as a mentor and part-time instructor in a non-profit program for women who wish to start their own businesses.
Dr. Irueste-Montes, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, and has more than 20 years experience utilizing assessment instruments, such as EQi2 and Benchmarks, and conducting feedback coaching for diverse companies. She coauthored the chapter, “Coaching Women in Business” in Bruce Peltier’s, The Psychology of Executive Coaching. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, bicultural, and concerned with diversity issues, values and sustainability in the world.
