• Mindset & Business Strategy: How to Improve Strategic Thinking

    Starting a business can be difficult and scaling even more of a task. Having to navigate marketing, sales, funding and clients just to gain a little success is hard, by the time your business is underway, finding the resources to then scale can become overwhelming. This event will help entrepreneurs develop both their strategic thinking, but also look at the mindset involved to stay focused and motivated when things aren’t always going as planned. We will examine how to perform effectively and at your peak, boost your speed and accelerate successful execution within your business. We will have a number of guest speakers looking at techniques at adjusting for a successful mindset within business. We will look at: - The importance of mindset - The importance of action - Allowing for innovation - How to think strategically - starting from the end and working backwards - How to set the right types of goals - The 80/20 rule - How to make the most out of your time - How to identify the areas you should be working on - How to improve the business systems you already have.
