What we're about

Butterfly Talks was created to provide a safe place to build friendships and a sense of community among questioning, lesbian, multiple-gender loving, queer woman and all transgender individuals. For digital support in between groups you can join the Butterfly Sanctuary (https://www.facebook.com/groups/165959787330265/), this is a great resource to share mental health memes, resources, and get support from peers.

We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month 6:30PM-8PM at 507 E. Michigan St., Orlando, FL, 32806, with a topic or activity, aiming to strengthen our mission. Social gatherings are occasional organized as well!

In This Group We:

-We respect and validate every sexual orientation and gender

-We are welcoming and introduce ourselves to new members

-We are non-judgmental and uplifting

-We are not a dating service; we are friends and allow ourselves to be vulnerable

-We give every member time to share

Butterfly Talks is one of Peer Support Space (http://peersupportspace.org)'s many peer-led groups. For more information about our peer-led groups check out this link (https://peersupportspace.org/peer-led-groups)!

New members are always welcome! Our many identities from our age, background, gender, sexuality, race, and more all play on the way we see ourselves and how others see us. Join us in a conversation about intersectionality. We look forward to seeing you all again and to meet some new faces! All are welcome!
