A 60 minute interval running blended into an odd object strength circuit. Expect to warm up thoroughly, perform natural surface running intervals with sled dragging, rope work, body weight crawling and climbing, simple but effective kettlebell classics. Gain a working understanding and appreciation for the basic human movements in order to train the body as one piece.
You will not have very much fun if you don't have these 4 things:
Layers to add/remove
Shoes with good traction
A few of your favorite healthy snacks (3-to-1 carb-protein)
