    Hi Everyone.

So Sorry I wasn't able to join you this a.m. Truthfully, I overslept - rough week, work wise. I am enjoying the book, and hope to be able to attend the next meeting. Again, sorry I couldn't meet you all.

Rita, we are sorry you could not come today. It was a great discussion. Laurie had a lot of good comments and questions for us. We will continue and finish the book in our next meeting. We hope to see you there.

Good question. Ask it at next session?

First time I've ever moderated one of these discussions, so my heartfelt thanks to everyone for your patience and wonderful conversation! Stan, don't think we answered your show-or-tell question; maybe you can help on that point next session? Bob S., did we explore "prosaic war" enough to suit you? And I'm looking forward to hearing what Irma and Steve have to say about hrossan poetry!

'Planet' was one of the first C S lewis's books I read,

never introduced to the Narnia chronicles.

    got to them much later.

I think Problem of Pain was the first I read.
