What we're about

This is a new weekly group from 10 am - 11 am. The group is aimed at calisthenic fitness. The training helps to improve discipline, build muscle & coordination, increase flexibility and maintain your good health.

The workout is structured as follows:

(1) Warm-up / Run / Circuit training
(3) Stretching
(4) Calisthenics workout
(5) Parkour Basic Skills
(6) Cool-down & chill out

Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you are late just hop on!

This group is not for less. We take 20Lei per month from each member as we buy from that money sports equipment, music gear and if something is left, we go on a drink! 😊

PS: Do not forget your sun cream! We are outside 😉
