• What we'll do
This can has a story to tell about the history of our Grand Valley. Volunteering for the BLM (and possibly the Ntl Forest, Ntl Monument and Museum) is an exciting way to learn more archaeology while helping to document the state of our cultural resources. There will be a two-day Site Steward Training - May 4 and 5th. Location and time to be emailed later. If you are interested please apply by filling in the application form - deadline to send it in is 3/30. Please follow the instructions at the top of the form on how to send it in. https://casgjchapter.wildapricot.org/resources/Documents/GVSiteStewardsApplicationForm_Final2018.pdf

Class size will likely be limited to about 10. Volunteers who have previously taken the site steward training are welcome to attend the 2nd day of training (May 5th) to learn how to use the new tablets. Please contact Alissa at the BLM office.
