This group is for individuals 175 pounds and more who are seeking to change their mindset to live a healthier lifestyle. This group will engage in discussions, interactive activities, events,and lectures focusing on health topics such as chronic health diseases, nutrition, meal preparation, plant base diets,food shopping, recreating recipes, healthy cooking techniques, physical activities, and behavior ergonomics.
In addition to our meetup meetings you will receive the necessary tools to support your ongoing journey between our meetings.

Our meetings will be hosted Bi-weekly as a support group,lectures and events promoting various health topics including cutting edge techniques and research as well as time tested traditional medical practices. Join and learn how to be a better you! with additional meeting days (TBA) for other activities. Our meetup location will vary based on activities; but the support group will remain the same location.
Membership fee is to offset administration fees, food cost for classes and growth of the group in the community.
