Is public speaking anxiety getting in the way of you progressing forward in your career? Light on Anxiety is offering a monthly CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy) for public speaking anxiety treatment group held at our Lakeview location on the last Thursday of the month. CBT has proven to be a very effective fast intervention therapy to help you to understand and manage it with effective and practical strategies – through ‘learning and doing’.
In this group, you will be coached on tips to work through your public speaking anxiety, and practice in the presence of others who deal with the same thing (the best way to conquer your fear is practice!)
This group will be led by anxiety therapist, Michelle Lozano, AMFT.
