We need to have a good time being active together! I plan on making this a regular occurrence if scheduling works out. The first workout will probably be a circuit training type of workout but we will mix it up with soccer, boxing, and maybe tennis interspersed in our workouts.
If you have kids: feel free to bring them. I want to keep our workout right by the playground so that we can keep an eye on the kids. Having a family shouldn't stop you from being healthy; it should give you more of a reason to be healthy.
Afterwards, I plan on getting Smoothie King to get my dinner and everyone is welcome to join.
This meetup will repeat on Mondays and Thursdays.
