Wondering what YOU can do about climate change? Join the thousands of Citizens Climate Lobby members who are actually moving Congress toward bold climate solutions that could change everything.

CCL will change the way you think about democracy. We're not about marches and protests-- we're about you talking directly to your Senators, Congressmen and their top advisors. If you want to make real change happen, this is an incredibly effective form of advocacy. You will be amazed at how much power you have as an informed and inspired citizen.

There are lots of ways you can inform and influence your members of Congress-- through letters, emails, phone calls, newspaper articles, and through live meetings with your Congressman, Senators and their advisors. We'll teach you how to do any or all of the above-- wherever your comfort zone takes you.  And we'll inspire you to maximize your effectiveness as an advocate for real climate solutions.

Best of all, we have a plan and a solid climate proposal for Congress that's actually gaining bipartisan support on Capitol Hill. It is non-partisan, politically viable, scientifically sound, and economically feasible. Economists say it is the most cost efficient approach. Scientists say it is our best shot at saving the planet.

We think Florida citizens deserve a special seat at the table when climate change is being discussed because when it comes to climate impacts and sea-level rise,  nobody has more at stake than Florida residents. So we are focused on uniting Florida citizens this year. We already have established local CCL chapters in Gainesville, Tallahassee, Orlando, Tampa-St. Petersburg. And we are moving south!

Join us for an introductory conference call or a start-up meeting coming to a place near you!
