Buy Right With Your Lender on Ultimate Deal Day!
Don't be like the Turkey running around in circles on Thanksgiving, bring your deals and get them analyzed, then purchased or funded! You’ve heard the phrase, “You don’t know what you don’t know.” This is your chance to deep dive and learn about the underwriting process that approves or rejects your application for funding a fix/flip project. You may have book knowledge or theory about how it works, but do you know what really drives the final decision to approve your funding application? Anyone can talk about loan to value or percent of ARV. That is basic math and only the start of the process. Our lenders will walk through the process they use to review your project and share what you need to know when submitting a new project for funding. How helpful is it when you submit the funding application and have already answered the additional questions you know they will ask? YES! Bring your deals with you. Present your deal and follow the deal analysis from your lender’s perspective. The best way to know the process is to do it yourself. At this meeting, you will see the lender’s side as they analyze deals directly and provide feedback right away. Could this lead to a funding decision that same night? Come see for yourself.
