Bio: Dan began his career as a Public Insurance Adjuster, which he used to fund his real estate investing. He has been a real estate investor since 1999, purchasing mostly multi-family properties in Burlington County. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, Dan put his Public adjusting career on hold and began purchasing REO properties in need of a rehab. Once rehabbed, Dan has held these properties in his portfolio as rentals. Since 2008, Dan has purchased over 165 properties ranging from single family houses to 24 unit apartment buildings.
