It was really nice to meet everyone. I was really impressed by the group and enjoyed the last meeting a lot.  I look forward to what's to come.

I will have at least 1 logo design and 1 splash page design if not before then at the next meeting.

I cop to initiating the cleveland deprecation movement but i have to ask that we discuss the issue further before making something like: "CWSA, Making Cleveland suck less, one website at a time." the designated theme or mission statement. While it was funny as a one-line joke, from a marketing perspective, it's not a wise positioning for the group or for the city. Like why dig a hole for yourself to climb out of?  Who said Cleveland sucks to begin with? and it's very inferiority complex-y and there's no wit to it that may add value.  And anyhow, why does everything remotely attached to Cleveland have to be an argument for and justification of the city? Why weigh down the mission and image of the group with something so irrelevant and subjective? we can be lighthearted and fun, but c'mon it's not like we live in Chernobyl.

I feel very strongly about Clevelanders being the worst ambassadors of Cleveland.  So I may be making an issue out of a non-issue, but I feel like I should defend the reputation of Cleveland and erase negative representations of the city, one clevelander at a time. I hope you understand =)
