What we're about
Interested in mindfulness?
The Center for Mindful Learning (http://www.centerformindfullearning.org/) offers various events and resources including talks, guided meditations (https://soundcloud.com/thecenterformindfullearning), and courses (https://www.modmind.org/) to support the mindfulness practices of our community.
On Sundays, we meet at the Quaker Meeting House in Burlington, VT (http://www.burlingtonquakers.org/) to practice mindfulness meditation. We begin each Sunday with a course on the theory of mindfulness; this is followed by an hour of guided meditation, and a discussion.
