Due to multiple requests, a Plant Strong II Class is being provided with emphasis on food, social support and taking your transition to the next level. Light lunch provided.
Whether you are a beginner vegan, or advanced meat-eater, this class is public and open to anyone – bring a friend or loved one.
*The second half of the class will include break out sessions, allowing three rotations to topics of your choice. This will address more personal needs and encourage group discussion.
