Our next meeting will be amazing! We are looking forward to seeing everyone again on 11/14 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Also, in the spirit of the upcoming holiday season, if you could bring a few non-perishable food items that will be distributed to those in need by the Mansfield Food Pantry, it would be much appreciated! This food drive is being coordinated by the UConn School of Business. There will be a donation box at the front door. Cash donations are accepted as well!

Mary Anne will discuss the various options for funding your startup and how to determine which one is right for you.

Brian Campbell, President, Pexagon Technology, Inc (http://www.photoflashdrive.com). @Pexagon Brian has a highly successful CT-based business in the mass customization industry and will share his entrepreneurial story with us. Brian believes that “crisis is the father of innovation” and will share his journey through both challenging and successful times.

Benjamin Wiles, Shareholder, Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. (http://www.uks.com/) @BenWilesCT Careful consideration of corporate structuring and governance is critical when starting a new venture. Ben Wiles, a shareholder at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C., will discuss the pros and cons of various types of corporate entities and highlight some legal “dos and don'ts” for high growth early stage ventures.
