This is the third in a series of films starring Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke and directed by Richard Linklater. The first two films (Before Sunrise from 1995 and Before Sunset from 2004) are among my favourites, and the reviews for this particular entry are astonishingly good: http://www.metacritic.com/movie/before-midnight
The film is playing at Eau Claire all this coming week, and presumably the next as well. I'm suggesting Thursday's 5:50 PM screening to allow, perhaps, enough time for this group to get some visibility, and for this particular meetup to attract members.
UPDATE: It looks like we already have enough RSVPs to make for a great first meetup given how new this group is.
UPDATE 2: We're meeting at Eau Claire at 5:15. The show is at 5:50. I think that should give us enough time to gather, briefly introduce ourselves, buy concessions if necessary, and find enough room in the theatre. The best spot for the meetup would seem to me to be the tables and chairs next to the stairs right in front of the theatre (not the escalators), next to Gold's Gym.
