Let's meet up and go for a little jog along the river and then refuel with protein (chicken wings) and carbohydrates (beer). I was thinking something along the lines of 5k but we can go shorter or longer depending on who shows up and what they want to do. Eventually we will end up at F.A.T.S. (did you know that stands for Fifth Ave Tenth Street?) or the Reagle Beagle on 14 St (they both have 25c wings on Wednesdays).
