Wasootch Peak is an unofficial summit just across from Kananaskis Village. It is an easy scramble and difficult hike in summer. The snow will add some challange. This is winter.

I did this one last spring, but had no views. Hoping for clearer skies.

This trip is for CORA 2013 Members only. I still don't have my home computer back.

Elevation gain: 900M

Distance: 5 km

Time:about 5-7 hrs on trail

We drive West on hwy #1 head South on hwy #40. We park on the side of the road about 200 M North of the Kananaskis Village/ Nakiska Ski area junction.

Do your research of the trip before you sign up. This is steep hike with rocks and scree with a bit of hands on.
