What we're about
We are a virtual Pilates studio focusing on injury prevention, sustainable and functional fitness. Join us for free and donation based classes meant to help us grow our personal practices together. Some classes are instructor led but many are practice sessions that will give you more one on one time with an instructor as well as allow you to get pointers from your fellow practitioners. Classes include but are not limited to Pilates, Yoga, handstand conditioning, arm balance conditioning, partner yoga, flexibility, gymnastic strength trainging core training and core conditioning.
