This is a group for anyone interested in exploring meditation as a gateway to deeper relaxation, stress relief, cultivating self-awareness and holistic healing and integration. All are welcome, regardless whether one is an experienced meditator or just beginning. These meditations are oriented towards grounding yourself and coming into deep states of relaxation and safety. There will be ample space for sharing experiences or asking questions. Sometimes we may present information that is relevant to furthering your practice on your own.
