Tai Chi & Chi Gong

Come visit us on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7 for Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice this Summer! Working through simple breathing and movement exercises is great for improved circulation, balance and flexibility, and a great way to meet like minded folks. You will discover new ways to build strength, flexibility and endurance, all while learning practical movements to defend yourself using the Traditional principles of Yang Tai Chi.
