Every workout is different. It is a 5 week program (1st week endurance training, 2nd functional training/core and stability, 3rd week is interval training, and 4th is metabolic conditioning, then 5th week is our rest and recovery workouts for BOLD members)! COME GET YOUR SWEAT ON!
